A holiday cocktail recipe

Vicky Crease, South African multi-award winning TV chef and event caterer to the stars, created this champagne cocktail exclusively for Malée, which will leave your guests impressed and feeling like you are a pro with all the theatre and no fuss.

It is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. ½ shot elderflower syrup
  2. Fill the champagne flute with your choice of champagne
  3. Garnish with eucalyptus leaves and a Jasmine sprig
